Structured Relapse Prevention
The SRP group provides an opportunity for people who are having difficulty dealing effectively with day-to-day substance use triggers and risk situations to learn coping skills for relapse prevention. The program consists of 8 weekly sessions where clients learn a new skill/strategy each week.
Education Group
The education group is a one-time 2-hour psycho-educational group designed for people who are mandated to seek CASON services and are not looking for on-going support at the time of referral. At the end of the group, clients receive an attendance/completion letter that they can provide to the referral source.
Gain Q3
Gain Q3 is a comprehensive assessment allowing clients to share their life circumstances across a broad range of areas with a particular focus on substance use. The GAIN-Q3 MI group is designed so that clients can complete the assessment independently on a computer. Staff members are available throughout the group to help clients begin and end the assessment while also answering any questions and providing assistance throughout.
