Julia is a Human Resources professional with over 20 years’ experience in the private and not-for-profit sectors. She has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Australian Institute of Business and is a Certified Executive Coach through Royal Roads University and the International Coaching Federation.

Julia is a proud graduate of the Management of Human Resources program at Niagara College and is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL). Her key areas of expertise include leadership, strategic planning, attracting and retaining top talent, performance management and optimizing business results.

Julia is the Chair of the Human Resources Advisory Committee at Niagara College, member of the HRPAN Senior Advisory Committee and Treasurer of the Hospitality Human Resources Professional Association of Niagara.
